killstart Description:

In Windows 9x sometimes system policies are not enough to secure the workstation. killstart will remove the start button to further secure the desktop. The start button will return upon restart of explorer. To remove it "permanently", you can run killstart as a "service" (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run).
