ZISCTOOLS Description:

ZISCTOOLS is a sw kit that enables the use of ZISC036 neural chip based cards(produced by IBM and Silicon Recognition) with Java interface and remotation with CORBA. Using these two libraries the user (a Java programmer) can build applications like database_ navigation_systems, environment_distributed_controls, forecast_systems, using the neural-coprocessor card as a "server" connected on a tcp-ip network. The package also
includes software emulators(dll) of the ZISC card(s), so it is possible to use the global package without ZISC card in order to perform didactical tasks, low cost testing-evaluation, sw-developing before having hardware.
