Logon Message simply adds two registry entries
that Windows (TM) looks for when a user logs in.
If the entries are there Windows displays a dialog box (WinNT/WIn2k)
or a Message box (Win95/98) with your message in it.
Use for warning the user of privacy, files, internet access etc!
