No Strings Attached Guitar
Tutor is an attractive reference and testing environment for experienced
guitarists. Four sections help you with scales, fingering, chords, and
recognizing notes aurally and on the fingerboard. The illustration of the
guitar fretboard can display the fingering using numbers, intervals, or note
names. Nine scale variations are available, and you can create modes of your
own. Finally, you can test yourself on notes or scales you hear, using your
sound card or a marker on the fretboard. A visual tour of the system is
provided as the help file, to point out and explain each component of the
system. This program offers features that go beyond some of the
more-elementary guitar programs that are available.
