It includes a range of configurable variables to define the SiteMap type and content and can be run as an online form for Static SiteMaps or to create real time Dynamic SiteMaps that can be directly called. It is designed for ease of use, with the ability to define the desired site map type, content and settings. SiteMap XML is best suited to medium size sites of up to 5000 pages. Google is currently using XML site maps to assist the indexing process. Yahoo accept RSS site maps, HTML site maps provide human readable links which can also be indexed by a range of search engines, Text sitemaps are an alternative site map format accepted by some search engines.
