This is a ping utility that sends ping messages to any server of your choice. You can see the ping times as well as a graph representing the trend (up or down) of how fast the pings are returned. This can give you an idea of network congestion, whether a process that began running at a certain time affects bandwidth of a particular area of your network or a particular server.
