5 stars (Best DBZ game ever!!!! Even better than Budokai 3!!!!!!!!!!!) - When I got this game for my birthday I was so amazed how they try to give you a close and similar fighting expereance of the show. And they did a good job. The areas are as big as a level as on the failure game DBZ Sagas which was the most slow past and the worst DBZ game ever. But this game and Budokai 3 are the best DBZ games in the market. The thing that makes Tenkaichi better than Budokai 3 is its more like the show fighting style and everything and has almost everything in the sagas except for the Shadow Dragon saga and The Lost Episodes saga and the Garlic Jr. saga but besides that. This is a really good game it has the whole Ginyu force and has Bojack,Janenba,Super 17,Baby Vegeta,Evil Buu,Master Roshi,General Poa. It's missing Omega Shenron and Uub but thats it. Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi is a game I recomened to all die-hard DBZ and some Anime fans such as myself. This game is so cool. Keep up the good work Atari and Bandai.
3 stars (Not bad, but could have been better.) - This game I think was kind of a let down. The graphics and storyline are cool, and there are WAY more characters than the previous Budokai games. My main issues with the game are how terrible the camera can be. I had a few times where I got trapped in a corner or something and I couldn't see myself at all. Also, if you move past a tree or something, it blocks your view of your character, which can be very annoying if you are in a difficult fight. Also, there wasn't much of a storyline, it was really just a bunch of fight sequences. One thing I really didn't like was the inability to upgrade your moves and have multiple super moves. The character graphis are the best they have ever been, but the supermoves, which are supposed to be devastating and awsomely explosive are actually kind of puny in animation. The most they do is turn the screen white which can be very annoying if you are fighting a particularly fast character because by the time the screen comes back to normal sometimes they are already back up and already attacking you. I didn't like the new upgrading system which is called Evolution Z because I upgraded my guy to where he was maxed out in level in some of his abilities, but it made no noticeable difference whatsoever. Overall though it is surprisingly addictive, but can be very frustrating, because there are lots of fights where you are supposed to do nothing more than survive for a certain amount of time and that can sometimes be near impossible and to me is stupid because it isn't a real fight. Overall it was fun, but I liked the animation of the super moves in the previous Budokai games much better and also the upgrading of the special moves.


4 stars (ok but different) - Ok this game is awesome it rocks ,but its very very hard its different ALOOOOOOOOOOOT different .It has different controls and modes NO transformations NO skill shop by that being said the tournament is different.Anyways if u liked the other budakais youll lke this one but youll need to learn everything all over again cuz THIS IS 360 degrees yeah thats cool you can destroy crap and fight all over (exept in tournament thats y its not in "dueling)

CONS:☼ this is meduim , cuz i like learning new stuff and i dont

☼ WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to hard , too much health different nonreadable stats very hard

☼ if u cant beat oozau your screwed if u cant lear it your screwed , if u run away your screwed .

☼ no e-z kamehame has or other things took alot of stuff out

☼ uh they made it a little like budokai 1

☼ too complicated , i mean you cant get stuff that e-z

☼ uh well the story isnt really a story its just scene battles

☼ YOU CANT PUT YOUR CHARACTER ANY ATTACKS (suchj as kamehame ha spirit bomb nor any transformatins ) IT JUST BRING ITS THATS PROBOBLY WHAT SCREWED THIS CRAP UP!!!!

so overall its alright i got it cuz of new characters its awesome but it has new stuff and its too hard
