Kakuro Description:
Hot on the heels of Sudoku comes Kakuro. You can think of this game as a mathematical equivalent to crossword puzzles.
A Kakuro consists of a playing area made up of filled and empty cells, much like a crossword puzzle. Some cells contain a diagonal slash and one or two numbers. These numbers are the 'clues'. A clue in the upper right corner is a clue for the 'across sum' and a clue in the bottom left corner for the 'down sum'.
The object is to insert digits between 1 and 9 in the empty cells so that the sum of the digits in the empty cells equals the clues. No digit may be used more than once for each of the sums.
Sounds simple, but gets hard and is as addictive as Sudoku.
