5 stars (A good switchover for Telecom people) - This is a good introductory book for Telecom people who are looking to get into IP Telephony.The diagrams are good and the explanation are easy to understand.I even talked to the author and he was helpful.
1 stars (Introduction to IP Telephony) - Do NOT buy this PDF if you are a serious professional and want to work for VoIP. You will waste your money buying this and waste your time reading this. I do not think I can give even one star to this book. However Amazon does not accept review if I do not give at least one star hence I have give that rating.
