IconMaker 2002 Deluxe Description:
This is the second version of IconMaker. Many things added and some minor bugs removed. This version now supports: Bitmap,Jpeg and Gif images.
Also extraction of icons out of exe and dll files is now supported. You can select your own transparent color and set a tolerance for it.
