GpBenchCD Description:

GpBench/CD is CD-ROM
benchmarking program, designed for use in 32-bit
Windows (e.g. 95, 98, NT 4, 2000). It will test your CD drive and
show you exact performance graphs. You can use it to test CD-ROM,
CD-R, CD-RW, and DVD drives. It will even create a special test file,
which will allow very exact measurements. Beside performance
measurement, CD benchmarking is a useful tool if you suspect hardware
malfunction or software incompatibility. GpBench/CD is distributed as
a single compressed executable and requires no installation.
