What an excellent resource which is easy to set up and use! And it is great getting this from another builder who has tested these materials in the industry, and not some legal document writer who's just trying to sell a book! Way to go AL Trellis!
5 stars (Found exactly what I couldn't find elsewhere) - I run a Real Estate firm dealing with new homes only. I needed to develop a tracking and building method for my onsite realtors to manage custom constrution. This is the only source I've been able to find that gave me a model to use for custom management. The local library carries one as a reference manual, and I looked at it BEFORE purchasing. Great manual!
5 stars (A bargain at twice the price.) - I believe that the dead presidents you spend on this book is one of the best investments you could make as a young business. In effect you are buying many years of research & development that otherwise you would have to do on your own.
