Bitmap Modifier 1
Modifies a bitmap to:
Create 256 colour palette bitmaps (as a step towards good gifs)
Create 24 bit colour icons
Count the colours in a bitmap
Reduce bitmaps by exactly 1/3 (not 33%)
Add 'Jitter' to a bitmap
Exchange one RGB colour for another
Swap Red to Green, Green to Blue and Blue to Red
