BarChar Description:

BarChar makes it easy to look up symbols and foreign characters. Simply click on the BarChar icon in the Start Bar, and all the characters in a particular font will be displayed. You can enlarge them, find out their ASCII codes, or copy them to the clipboard. If you wish, you can set up a hot key for quick access to BarChar.

(To run this program, the VB6 runtime file Msvbvm60.dll must be installed in your Windows\System folder. You may well have this file already, but if not, you can download it free from Microsoft's web site and many other places.)
