BGS Description:

BGS V4.0 gives your computer the ability to automatically download a
specified .JPG or .GIF file, convert it to .BMP format, and set it as
Win95 or Win/NT4 wallpaper, every time you want.

You can also load images from your local disk.

Connecting to any available Internet BGS/IS server, you can choose
pictures by subjects, using the different server channels.

You can connect to several WebCams (in //) and reconstruct video stream
viewed in your browser

You can also use it to avoid your phone line to hangup in case of
trafic inactivity (to prevent payment of initial communication taxes)
