4 stars (Improves every year) - I've been a user of .mac since the free days, and happy to discover that the annual renewals are cheaper when bought from Amazon. Paying for all of this is the one mark against it, but I can't fault Apple for covering their costs. They offer good extras for the money. E-mail has been very reliable for me, and the integration with my data for syncing and backing up is a bonus.
5 stars (Dot Mac) - I find this product indespensible. I am able to sync all my computers anywhere I have internet access. It is a good value for the price.
5 stars (Can be bargain method to renew existing account!) - The authorization code in the box can be used not only to open a new dot Mac account, but can also be used to renew an existing subscription (normally $99). If you're a renewing subscriber, you can usually save money by purchasing the retail box here at Amazon.
