5 stars (Best I've seen) - This is a very user friendly pocket guide. A wealth of information on counting; calories, carbs, and fat intake as related to several related medical conditions (mine being, onset diabetes / type 2 noninsulin dependent) I've ordered a second copy to keep at work for those unplaned lunch outings. A must have for any serious dieter.
