5 stars (Same Book Used by our School District) - This is the same book used by our public school district. We are in one of the leading districts in the nation. The only negative I have is the price. I found it new at Walmart>Books>Textbooks for a lower price. Even they are higher than the publisher's price. Buy it here if you have confidence in your seller. I won't! 5 stars (Fast and easy, a great way to learn!) - En Espanol is a great way to learn spanish. Its chapters are set up in an easy, logical order. There are lots of review exercises and the set-up is appealing. Not only do you learn basic vocab, there are sections on culture and history. The pages are bright and are geared toward middle/high school aged kids. At the end of every chapter there is a vocab list compiling all the new words from the chapter. It also contains a Spanish/English, English/Spanish dictionary in the back for easy reference. En Espanol makes learning spanish fun and easy. ... 5 stars (FINALLY, Someone who can teach public speaking!) - As a college instructor of oral communication for ten years, I complained bitterly about the poor selection of books for beginning students--until now. This is the single best book of its kind on the market, bar none. In all my years, I've never had students brag on a book like this one: easy to read, well-organized, thoughtful, practical, visually attractive, and substantive. My best compliment is that I can teach three times the material in half the time just by using this text--and people understand it! I can't brag enough on the author's work. This is phenomenal. ANYONE who wants to master the basics of public speaking should read this cover to cover. The principles and techniques Mr. Gregory describes are effective, powerful, and described in a simple way. BRAVO! I'll recommend this to everyone. 5 stars (VERY GOOD!) - I'm a student at a local college here in Jersey City. I found this book very easy to read but doesn't defeat the purpose to inform. 1 stars (The Fortune at the bottom of the Pyramid) - This was a textbook, a reference book. This was not what I expected. Difficult to just read. I threw it away! 3 stars (This is not the digital version of the book) - I bought this assuming that this was a digital version of the book, but it is not so. Its a Booz-Allen-Hamilton's take on the central idea of the book. This digital version is 16 pages versus 496 pages of the original book. I complained to Amazon, and they immediately refunded my purchase price. Two cheers to Amazon. 5 stars (this is available free) - It's an excellent piece of work. Look out for upcoming book on the topic. ...
