4 stars (I was not disappointed) - The book is a quick reference guide that I thought was pretty good for helping with the grocery shopping and as a dining out guide. The author thinks he is funny and sometimes he is. Overall not a bad book, it will hand walk a person through eating right steps. 5 stars (Good book with helpful food combinations) - A great book, mainly about food and food types that are best. I found it informative, and epsecially enjoyed the fast food/restaraunt breakdowns 4 stars (handy and informative) - This book is handy for those times that you want to eat right but aren't sure what is right.
